Does Broome store my files?
No — we securely store metadata.
Is my data used to train models?
No — we have agreements with model providers to opt out of all model training and enforce zero data retention on all inputs and outputs of model calls.
How long does it take to onboard my data?
Depending on the number of files being ingested it can take anywhere from seconds to a few hours. If files exceed self-serve limit then the Broome team will handhold the data ingestion process to ensure successful onboarding.
